These are my Confessions.....part 1 or probably many

On average I probably spend about $50 on food per day...YES, you read that correctly FIFTY DOLLARS...ON FOOD....EACH DAY!!!....I knew it was outrageous, but actually seeing it in writing makes me want to regurgitate everything I've ever eaten...or at least what I've eaten in the last 4-8hrs.  I have an obsession, I must admit it. I have an obsession. I actually have an obsession with food...I have a food obsession, I am obsessed with food...I can't believe it. 

I joke about it, but this is serious. This is a real issue with food. I need help. This is not how normally people behave. I can't get over this. I am actually getting upset as I sit here thinking about it...only because I have to consciously do something to fix it. I am thinking of all the food (bad) habits I must give up, and I am getting irritated.  At this very instance all I can think of is eating my leftover Mongolian Beef from PF Changs! It's only 10:20a.m. and my new goal of no food on Sundays is in serious jeopardy!

I may actually give in to temptation. I can't help myself.

Now I imagine this is how addicts must feel. I'm getting a pseudo-chemically catalytic (self-induced) headache. The idea alone of not eating what I want, when I want causes this sort of adverse reaction.

I gave in. (10:22a.m.)

I should feel bad.

I don't.

I will try again another day.

September 6th, 2009 - No bread, no diary, no sugar, no gluten, no food on Sundays....no will power

September 7th, 2009 - Another day.

Just 5 more mins...

24hrs later...I finally revisit this blog of the (yester)day... I have come to realize I can no longer power nap like I used to...damn it!) Oh well...another day another blog...yesterday has come and gone.

So, typically I do not pay attention to trash like this, but every once in a while it's just difficult to overlook without commenting. This one is particularly interesting given the sheer audacity of this guy. Unfortunately for him and others like him, there has been a cosmic shift in the consciousness of people in America (and around the world) as evident by the election of Barack Hussein Obama as the 44th President of the United States of America, and also the subsequent POSITIVE reaction from people across the globe.

Now, I'm not as naive as to think that racism has been cured overnight by a single pivotal moment in human history; however, he should be aware that we are all sitting on the percipice of serious change, and well quite frankly, his kind is GROSSLY OUTNUMBERED!
